Under the patronage of Prof. Dr. Abdel Wahab Ezzat, President of the University, Prof. Dr. Nazmi Abdel Hamid, Vice President for Community Service and Environment Development and Chairman of the Center are preparing for the conference. This will be in the presence of His Excellency Ambassador Diab Al-Louh, Ambassador of Palestine in Cairo and Permanent Representative of the Arab States League, to hold his first Arab Conference entitled "National Dialogue… The Way to the Palestinian State" in cooperation with the Palestinian Embassy in Cairo and the University Staff Club on Sunday 18 March, said Prof. Dr. Ashraf Mounes, Director of the Center and Head of History Department, Faculty of Education and President of the Conference.

Dr. Mounes explained that the conference is based on studying how to maximize the momentum of the Palestinian momentum and achieve a just and comprehensive peace that guarantees the establishment of a Palestinian state. It also examines innovative ideas that will help the Arab decision maker and the Palestinian decision-maker in particular. From the men of thought and politics to present innovative visions that resolve the Arab-Israeli conflict on Jerusalem; to reach specific mechanisms for bridging the Arab wall and working on reunification and unity of the Arab ranks in the face of the challenges posed by political developments on the scene.

Prof. Dr. Ibrahim Al-Bahrawi, Professor of Modern Hebrew Studies and Scientific Rapporteur of the Conference, pointed to the objectives of the conference, which aims to study the reality of the Palestinian people in the occupied West Bank from all aspects of population, economic and humanitarian issues and how to maximize its capabilities. The French President to adhere to the option of peace and the two-state solution and peaceful resistance, as well as discuss the Palestinian political ideas and proposals on moves in the United Nations and international human rights organizations to achieve the goal of establishing the state and create ideas to enhance the effectiveness of these ideas, proposals and moves.
